You’ve been asked how you like to work, or shared a profile your manager built. Either way, this page is for you, not about you. Here’s what’s happening and what you’re in control of.

What your manager can see.

What you can do.

Add how you like to be managed, in your own words. Add your own words to anything that’s wrong. Your words outrank the report.

What you can delete.

Everything you’ve shared, including the whole thing. The button is on the page, not in a menu.

What we never do.

  • Train AI on your report.
  • Sell it.
  • Score, rank or judge you.
  • Share it beyond your manager.
  • We never keep a profile of you that you can’t see. Once you’re invited, you see what your manager’s bFluid profile says about you, can add your own words, and can delete anything you’ve shared.

A note on personality.

These profiles are a starting point, not a verdict — including yours. Nobody is a type.
